What a Modular Gold Plant Is

A modular gold processing plant packages the crushing, milling and recovery circuit into pre-built, containerised or skid-mounted modules. Instead of building everything on site from scratch, the modules are manufactured and tested in the factory, then transported, assembled and commissioned at the mine.

What a Modular Plant Includes

A typical modular gold plant covers the full flowsheet in modules:

  • Crushing module — jaw and cone crushers.

  • Tailings and water modules — thickening and water management.
